Terms

The terms of buying Onekit and using onekit.sh.

Last updated October 7, 2026.

These terms cover buying Onekit and using onekit.sh, including the live demo. What you may do with the code itself is in the License.

Buying Onekit

  • Onekit is paid once, at the price shown for your tier (Solo or Team) on onekit.sh at checkout, plus any sales tax or VAT where you live, which checkout adds.
  • Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • At checkout you give your GitHub username. Right after payment, that account is invited to the private Onekit repository. Accepting the invitation gives you access.
  • Your purchase includes every future update to Onekit, for as long as it’s maintained.

All sales are final

You get the full source the moment you buy, so there are no refunds. At checkout you ask for immediate access to the code and confirm that, because of this, you lose your right to cancel. In the EU and UK this means you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content.

Try the live demo and read the docs before buying, and email us with any question.

If a payment is refunded or disputed, the matching access to the repository ends.

Your access

Your access is personal. Don’t share your repository access or credentials. Breaking the License ends your access to the repository.

The live demo

The demo creates a temporary sandbox account with sample data. Don’t put real or personal data in it: demo workspaces are shared with nobody else but may be cleared at any time.

Support

Support is by email at support@onekit.sh. We answer as soon as we can, but don’t promise a response time.

Warranty and liability

Onekit and onekit.sh are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Onekit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. The terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA. This doesn’t take away any protection the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
